Terms of Use

Last updated: October 17, 2026 · Dode Yazılım

By using Balcora you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

The service

Balcora uses AI to generate design suggestions and inspiration from the photos you upload. The generated images may look photorealistic, but they are not a construction, landscaping or installation guarantee; they are for ideas only. Plant suggestions are general information and do not replace expert advice.

Subscription and payment

Premium features are offered through an auto-renewing subscription (weekly or yearly).
Payment is charged to your Apple App Store / Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel the subscription and auto-renewal in your device's App Store / Play account settings.
If a free trial is offered and you do not cancel during it, the trial converts to a paid subscription. Any unused part of a trial ends when you buy a subscription.

Acceptable use

Only upload photos you have the rights to. Do not upload illegal, copyright-infringing or obscene content, or content that violates other people's privacy. Abusing the service, automated abuse and reverse engineering are prohibited.

Prohibited content

You may not include the following in the photos you upload, the messages you write to the AI assistant or plant names, or ask the AI to produce it:

sexual or explicit content; any sexual or inappropriate content involving minors,
harassment, threats or bullying; hate speech or discrimination,
content that glorifies or encourages violence,
content aimed at illegal activity,
content that infringes the rights of others, for example photos you have no rights to or that show other people without their permission.

Automatic content moderation and reporting

The photos you upload and the text you write to the assistant are checked automatically before they are sent to the AI. Inappropriate requests are rejected, and a request rejected by this check does not count against your usage allowance. Filters may not catch everything; content that is not caught is still prohibited.

If you see an inappropriate AI output, you can report it by writing to destek@dodeyazilim.com. We review reports and act where needed.

Enforcement

Several rejected requests in a short time (3 rejections within 30 minutes) temporarily pause AI features; they reopen when the waiting time ends.
For repeated or serious violations, your account's AI features may be permanently restricted. Permanent restrictions are applied manually, after review.
To appeal a decision, write to destek@dodeyazilim.com.
Serious crimes such as child abuse may be reported to the competent authorities to the extent required by law.

Affiliate links

Some links in the "Shop the look" list are affiliate links. Products are sold by third parties; purchase, delivery and returns are their responsibility.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from decisions you make based on the generated designs or suggestions.

Termination

If you breach these terms, we may suspend or close your account. You can delete your account in the app at any time.
